Early access supports up to 8 players in co-op. We provision capacity for that. Unknown Worlds may raise the cap in later updates — we'll match it.

Yes. Subnautica 2 stores world data as save files in the server directory. Pull them via FTP from your old host, upload via our SFTP panel, restart. Takes 5 minutes.
Subnautica 2 modding is very early — community is just starting to figure out the file structure. Once mod-loaders (likely BepInEx-based, as with original Subnautica) stabilize, we'll add one-click support. Until then, manual mod upload via SFTP works.
