Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal — You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (09Clicks c/o GAM, Pappelallee 64, 10437 Berlin, Germany, kontakt@09clicks.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal — If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services (§ 356 (5) BGB) — Your right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital services if (a) we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, AND (b) you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance, AND (c) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 312f BGB).

Renzom hosting services begin provisioning immediately after successful payment. The waiver checkbox shown at checkout (“I expressly request that provisioning starts immediately…”) constitutes both your express request and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal expires once the server is fully provisioned. The order confirmation email serves as the durable-medium confirmation.
