Report abuse (e.g. illegal content, harassment, intrusion) to kontakt@09clicks.de (09Clicks c/o GAM). Include evidence (URLs, timestamps, logs) so we can assess proportionate action.

We may suspend or terminate services for material breach or illegal activity, after prior notice where reasonable and required by law.

We work with our hosting and network providers when handling credible reports, within the limits of our role as operator.

EU online dispute resolution: the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
