Rules of the road
- Self-referrals (buying with your own code while logged in) don't count — anti-fraud.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission for that month.
- We don't permit spam, fake reviews, or trademark bidding (Google Ads on "Renzom"). Quality channels only.
- Commissions track for 12 months per attributed subscription. After that the customer becomes a regular long-term customer with no further commission.
FAQ
Do I need a website or audience?
No. The program is open to anyone with a Renzom account. Even a single referral pays — and stacks for 12 months.
When do I get paid?
Anytime your pending balance crosses €25, message us on Discord. We pay out via Stripe Transfer (preferred) or PayPal. Payouts are manual to keep this lightweight; we usually process within 48 hours.
Can I see real-time stats?
Yes. Your dashboard shows live click counts, signups, active attributions and your pending payout balance.
What if my referred customer upgrades their plan?
You earn the commission on whatever they actually pay each month — upgrades increase your commission, downgrades decrease it.
