These terms should cover scope of services, payment conditions, term and termination, acceptable use, and limitation of liability for your jurisdiction.

Game server resources (RAM, CPU, disk, network) are provided according to the selected plan; fair-use and capacity rules should be defined in the final terms, including any oversubscription policy.

“Unlimited” player slots (where offered) and heavy mod/modpack usage may be limited by fair-use rules — match what the marketing and checkout pages describe. Backups may be limited by plan; you remain responsible for critical saves.
