Pick a game, RAM, and player slots, then pay on renzom.com with Stripe — your selection is applied automatically during provisioning.

You don’t need to know eggs, Docker, or ports — just choose what you want to play. Most people pick Minecraft, then adjust RAM and player slots.

Chooses the Pterodactyl egg for your new server. You can change it later on renzom.com/panel (Hosting tools) or manage the live instance in your game panel (console, files, reinstall).

You pay on renzom.com via Stripe (monthly subscription). Game, RAM, and slots from this page are applied automatically — no separate shop configuration.

Billing

How does billing work?: You subscribe per plan cycle — upgrades or downgrades follow the table and rules shown at Stripe checkout or in the Stripe customer portal.
Can I cancel?: Yes — cancellation follows the terms shown when you subscribe. No “agency retainer” lock-in for standard game plans.
Refunds?: If something fails on our side during provisioning, we fix it or credit you — specifics are in the terms shown at checkout.
What if payment fails or I cancel — is my server deleted automatically?: Not today: we do not automatically suspend or delete your game server when a payment fails or when a subscription ends. Resolve billing with us per the Terms and support process. Automated suspend/delete after non-payment may be added later — until then use Support or Discord.
