Billing & cancellation

RAM, and nothing else. You pick a size, you pay per GB per month. Player count is unlimited on every plan and never costs extra. Setup by us is optional and costs €20 once.

Yes, yourself, at any time — in the customer panel under Billing, which opens the Stripe portal. The server keeps running until the period you already paid for ends. There is no minimum term beyond the period you chose.

Yes, without a new order. Open your server in the panel, move the RAM slider, and you will see the exact amount before you confirm: the pro-rated share for the rest of the current period, and the monthly price from then on. The new RAM is live within a minute.

Yes: 3 months takes 10 % off, 6 months 15 %, 12 months 20 % — off the same per-GB price. You pay the full term up front and cancel at any point before it renews.

If setup fails on our side, we either fix it or refund you — you do not pay for a server you never got. One thing to know: at checkout you explicitly ask us to start right away, which under German law (§ 356 (5) BGB) ends the 14-day right of withdrawal once the server is fully set up. That is the trade for getting your server in minutes instead of after two weeks.

A failed payment suspends the server — it goes offline, but your worlds and files stay untouched and come back as soon as payment goes through. Only when the subscription is actually ended does the server get removed. Back up anything you want to keep before that; the panel has a backup button.
