Yes. Update the panel startup variable to the SA-compatible Factorio version. SA mods install via standard mod-manager.
Two ways: (1) Set mod names + versions in `mod-list.json` via the panel editor — Factorio downloads on boot. (2) Upload `.zip` files via SFTP to `mods/`.
