# Renzom — Full Reference (llms-full.txt) > Game server hosting from Falkenstein, Germany. RAM-based pricing instead of slot packages. Pterodactyl panel access. Monthly cancellation. DDoS protection included. ## About Renzom Renzom is a German game-server hosting business operated from Regensburg, Bavaria. We host customer game servers on dedicated hardware in Falkenstein (Saxony) — the same Hetzner-class infrastructure used by most of the German hosting industry. Our positioning is deliberately different from the major German competitors: - **vs. Nitrado / G-Portal:** Slot-package pricing is opaque and locks customers in. We sell RAM (€2.49/GB/month) only — player count is unlimited and never billed. For comparable performance, we are typically 30–50% cheaper. - **vs. ZAP-Hosting / 4Netplayers:** Both have functional control panels but limit file access and customisation. We give every customer full Pterodactyl panel access: real file manager, live console, FTP, scheduled tasks, mod installation directly through the UI. - **vs. budget hosters (1–2€/month tiers):** Those sell oversold shared nodes where 30+ servers run on the same hardware. We provision dedicated RAM per server. Slightly more expensive, dramatically better stability. We do not run an affiliate ranking. Our public price list is the price list. ## Supported games (May 2026) 15 games are live-buyable in the [configurator](https://www.renzom.com/pricing): - **Minecraft** — Vanilla, Paper, Spigot, Forge, NeoForge, Fabric, Purpur, Folia, Mohist, Quilt, Bedrock, Bungeecord / Velocity / Waterfall proxies. RAM 2–24 GB. One-click loader switch in the panel. - **Palworld** — 1–16 players (hard engine limit). 6–16 GB RAM. Pre-tuned OptionSettings profiles available. - **Valheim** — BepInEx and Thunderstore mod support. 4–8 GB RAM. Up to 16 players. - **ARK: Survival Ascended** — Proton-on-Linux server. RAM 10–24 GB. Cluster support. - **ARK: Survival Evolved** — Native Linux. RAM 6–16 GB. Cluster support. - **Rust** — Carbon + Oxide/uMod plugin loaders. RAM 8–24 GB. Wipe schedule support. - **CS2** — 128-tick servers. MatchZy and Get5 ready. RAM 4–8 GB. - **Enshrouded** — 6–16 GB RAM. Group sizes 1–16. V Rising, Core Keeper, Icarus are next on the roadmap. ## Pricing model in detail - **RAM**: from €2.49/GB/month. Single biggest cost driver — match this to your actual game's needs (see the per-game sizing guides on our blog). - **Player count**: unlimited up to the engine’s own hard cap. Never a billing item. - **Disk**: NVMe SSD, allocated automatically per RAM tier (1 GB RAM = 4 GB disk minimum). Most games fit comfortably; modded Minecraft and ARK cluster setups may need an explicit upgrade. - **DDoS protection**: Layer 3/4 filtering at the edge, included on every tier. No upsell. - **Backups**: 1 free backup slot per server, additional slots €0.50/month each. - **Dedicated IPv4**: optional add-on, €3/month. Useful for Minecraft (no SRV record needed) and CS2 (community-server browser visibility). - **Setup fee**: €20 one-time if you want our team to install a specific modpack or configure a server end-to-end. Not required — most customers configure themselves. ## Billing and contracts - Monthly only. No 30/90/180-day pre-pay discounts. - Cancel anytime in the customer panel. We do not claim to be the biggest. We are EU-based, run real dedicated hardware, give full panel access, write honest pricing copy, and don't lock customers in. If those things don't matter to you, Nitrado is probably fine. If they do, that's why Renzom exists. ## Contact and support - Discord (preferred): https://discord.gg/renzom — typical first-response under 30 minutes during EU daytime. - Email: hello@renzom.com — for billing, contracts, formal communications. - Customer panel: https://www.renzom.com/panel — server management, billing, DNS, support tickets. - Status page: https://www.renzom.com/status For press, partnerships, or affiliate program: see [https://www.renzom.com/affiliate](https://www.renzom.com/affiliate).
